Care Partners Australia offers a range of life skills supports that are designed to help people with a disability live active, healthy and independent lives.
Activities are mainly run in groups with experienced support staff, providing lessons in a safe and productive environment. They can also be tailored to suit your individual needs.
The activities are designed to build and develop the skills needed for a broad range of activities in everyday life such as financial literacy, road safety and using public transport, housekeeping, healthy eating and cooking, swimming and water safety and skills necessary for rewarding friendships and safe sexual relationships,
Participants in this program will have acquired skills to help them live better and healthier lives in the community and be more independent.
We love and support people belonging to all cultures, and we especially support the marginalised and vulnerable. Our staffra consists of trained and compassionate members from a diverse range of communities, and so do our members.
